Executive Team

Blade Group is run by a small Executive team, ably assisted by a number of senior managers whose task is to deliver the ‘Blade’ customer experience.

A recent assessment of staff service lengths revealed that 35% of all Blade Group employees had over 10 years service. For a company that has been in existence since 1995 this is testament to the approach of the Directors and staff at all levels.
